These are a type of potato and pea noodle styled as originating from Chongqing. These are made by Hi A'kuan who are a prominent noodle manufacturer that has featured on this site many times.

They are made in Chengdu Sichian.
I go these for AUD$2.20.

Thoughts

These noodles were pretty good.
I'm not sure if the pea was green peas or chickpeas.
The potato added a gelatinous texture to it
I don't think I added enough water.
