These are udon style noodles sold under the brand Assi. Assi is a private label brand of the wholesale importer Rhee Bros who also own the "Assi Plaza" Asian grocer chain in the US.
These noodles are made in Korea.

These were extremely bland spicy noodles.
The noodles were chewy and uninteresting.
