These are Jjolmyeon (Chewy Cold noodles) sold under the Assi brand. These are made in south Korea. Assi is the private brand of importer/distrubutor Rhee Brothers since 1975 and means "Sophisticated Woman".

Thoughts

These were OK.
I dont much care for Cold noodles.
They had a strong sour taste and were not really spicy.
Like most korean noodles they were pretty bare bones.
