These are a variety of shallot flavoured noodles made by a company Dajia Jiaxu. They are located in Taichung City, Taiwan.

Thoughts
These were typical for shallot/onion flavoured noodles. They were bland and uninteresting.
They probably would have made a good base for condiments or a side dish.
The wheat noodles were pretty good.
There was a sharp, almost peppery spice to this.
