These are a sesame oil flavoured noodles made by Winner Food Products Limited sold under the "Doll" brand which has been around since the 1960s.
Winner Food Products Limited was acquired by Nissin in 1989.
This particular package is imported from mainland China as evidenced by the website listed on the packaging as well as the different from image (the mainlander version has an egg on the cover, while the HK one has a Narutomaki). These noodles are
made in Zhuhai City, Guangdong.
I got these for AUD$5.00.

These noodles are pretty average.
The portion size is large.
The wheat noodles were unremarkable.
The sesame oil packet contained so little liquid that I thought it was defective.
Despite this the noodles had a marked sesame taste and smell.
They were not spicy at all.
