Thoughts
I am somewhat of an expert regarding Lanzhou noodles. These tasted nothing like what you would expect.
That said, they were fine noodles overall.
It came with a suitable number of dried vegetables and some preserved ginger (which I liked).
Overall decent value for the quantity and the spice level was pleasant.
