These are a regional variety noodles which seek to emulate a style of noodles local to Jiangxi.
This style is unique enough to warrant articles written about it.
The are manufactured by a company called "Yingtan Yeshan Jiyang Technology Co., Ltd." which does not have a website.

These instant noodles where good.
The final presentation looked like the noodles in the article linked above which is a good sign.
The texture was pleasant and peanuts added a good crunch to the dish.
The pickled vegetables worked well with the sauce which was oily and had a sesame taste.
The noodles themselves where acceptable but unremarkable.
Good value overall.
