These are beef flavoured noodles made by a company called JML (Jinmailang Foods Co., Ltd). They used to have a partnership with Nissin, which accounts for the circle shape of the dried noodles - something you don’t often see in Chinese noodles.

These guys are huge and have multiple factories around China. They have a video gallery with the founder promoting the noodles personally.
