Description
These are a variety of beef flavoured beef noodles. They are sold under the brand "Kang Shifu" which is also used to sell other food consumables as listed on their website.
They are part of a company ("Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp.") which considered itself to be China's largest noodle producer and listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
They also have the Chinese bottling right for Coca-Cola.
This particular box is manufactured by "Jiangmen Tingyi Food Co, Ltd". They have 15 production centres around China.
I got these for AUD1.00. This brand is always discounted.

Thoughts
These were pretty decent. It was a surprisingly large amount of noodles.
The sauce was just enough but the dish probably would have benefited from a bit more.
The hydrated vegetables contained carrot, tofu and other stuff i didn't recognise.
The spiciness level was minimal.
Good value for $1, a bit over priced at 2.50 which is their usual retail price.
