Description

These are "scallion braised ribs with shallot flavour noodles" made by kangshifu. They are a well known noodle brand that I have often sampled.

Thoughts

As usual these are good value noodles.
The shallot/onion packet was small but coated the noodles well.
The portions were generous and the condiments were good.
