These are radish flavoured noodles made by the Kang Shi Fu. They have a perpetually broken website. They are well known brand in Asia but less so in the west.

These are manufactured in Jiangmen, Guangdong China.

This particualar packaging has a promotional tie-in with kungfu panda.
