These are a chicken flavoured cup noodles sold under the brand Lucky Me. They are made in the Philippines. They are manufactured by Monde NISSIN.
They also make skyflake crackers which are a stable Philippino pantry item. This company is not related to the Japanese noodle manufactured "Nissin".
