These are made by Thia President Foods in Thailand. These guys make a lot of dried foods under many brands and have several factories. These are made in Bangkok.

Thoughts

These were exactly what I expected.
$2.00 cup noodles with a faint taste of tom yum soup.
The noodles barely cooked with full boiling and would not have done well with just hot water.
