These are a cheese stir fry variation of the world famous Shin Ramen made by Nongshim. A brand owned by the large south Korean conglomerate lotte.
These noodles are made in South Korea. The packaging was shiny and made it hard to scan.

These were the best of the three shin variations I have tried
There was some noticable spice as can be expected from a Shin noodle product.
The cheese congealed nicely with the sauce.
The noodles were decent quality and bouncy.
