Description

Ottogi Jin Ramen is a variety of packet noodles made Ottogi based in South Korea.
I am not sure if "Jin Ramen" is a brand name, or a generic type of ramen. The website lists the following as features of these noodles:

  1. OTTOGI Jin Ramen (Mild) is a harmony of chewy and waxy noodles and rich beef bone stock providing a deep and mild taste.
  2. Vegetable particles of green onion, shitake, and carrot adds texture to your bowl.
  3. Your entire family can enjoy a delicious and mild soup.
These noodles also happen to be made in Korea, unlike some of the Korean noodles I tried.
Someone I have never tried these after years of eating noodles. I purchased them open sale for AUD$5.00

Thoughts

I really liked the texture of these noodles which were slightly chewy and springy on the plate.
The broth was also pretty decent although it lacked a distinct flavour.
The spice levels were also mild, but where still present in the overall feel of the dish
The dried vegetables where slightly larger than usual in size once dehydrated.
