These are pho flavoured cup noodles sold under the brand "running egg".
They are made in Vietnam by a manufacturer called afotech. Here is a physics defying ad they have of their noodles.

They have four factories and offices.

I got these for AUD$1.00.

Thoughts

These were standard cup pho.
The rice noodles were OK.
The broth lacked a strong taste of anything.
Overall, pretty average.
One had more sour spice then the other but otherwise were similar.
