These are spicy noodles with an udon soup base. These are made by Samyang in Korea.

They are of no relation to lens maker, Samyang Optics.

I got these for AUD$4.00 for a pack of 5.

Thoughts

These have an average taste.
The vegetables were minimal.
The noodles were good quality and remained bouncy after cooking.
The spice was detectable but not overwhelming.
