These are a type of "hot and sour" pot noodles sold under the brand yudoa.
A lot of their noodles is endorsed by Olympic swimmer Tian Liang (who despite appearances is 44 years old). These are made in Xinyang, Henan.

There is not much variation in the "hot and sour" flavour across brands.
The chilli taste generally overpowers the other flavours.
The vinegar flavour complimented the spice well.
The vermicelli was good quality.
It came with ample condiments and included a bag of peanuts.
